In maintenance support, all specialists belong to the same unit and work closely together. You have the opportunity to work in Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Lidköping.

Coaching, Development, and Collaboration

As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case officers regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching the case officers, you contribute to ensuring they have the right skills to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning climate and identify the collective skills needs and initiate possible development paths. As an employee of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high awareness of security since the agency comes into contact with confidential information. Your work includes contributing to the change and development of processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers with monitoring the quality of case handling and being a support to the local management team on issues related to your area of expertise. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is essential that you have a high awareness of security.

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has expertise in maintenance support
• has a coaching approach
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• has good communication skills, both orally and in writing
• is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.

It is an advantage if you have

• in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, and confidentiality
• experience in mentoring new employees
• experience in quality assurance of cases within maintenance support
• good knowledge of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's website/self-service services and the agency's organization.

Two full-time temporary positions, with start date according to agreement. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
